Takealot STINKS!

Ordered lights on Black Friday. Delivery date was changed twice and it was extremely late. Received my parcels broken. Requested a return and it was scheduled for the 27th of Dec 2019, they only came to collect it in the first week of Jan 2020. The return reason was captured wrongly, the consultant I spoke to assured me that I will be kept in the loop but it has been a week and no word from Takealot! I checked my profile now only to notice that the return has been conculded but my broken items were not replaced nor did I get any feedback from them! Absolutely shocking! Will seek remedies from my Bank to have the transaction returned as Takealot stole my items!
