Takealot steeling my money and time!

I have placed my order 2 March 2025, paid the extra delivery fee to get it the next day. The next day 3 March I waited from 8 o'clock the morning, received a notification stating the order is at the delivery center. Until 18:00 I heard nothing, no update. 18:43 received a notification order is out for delivery, delivery is promised before 20h00. 20h00 came and nothing happened. 20h30 received a notification insufficient address details which is total bull**** as I received all my other order before this one.
