Takealot steeling money!!!!!

I have had it with takealot. Steeling money. Item was missing and returned item promised i would get my money back. I used my R140 credit on item paid the rest and delivery fee. I only received R70 for delivery fee. So my R140 credit i used on item and the outstanding balance i paid for they have kept. Thats steeling and a ******** offence.
