Takealot *****S your money

Bought a dishwasher and washing machine from takealot... washing machine delivered 5 days later perfect no issues there... washing machine never arrived on the stipulated delivery date gave it another week.. it didn't arrive they so i canceled the order as obviously don't have stock... cancellation was approved 2 weeks no refund no email about refund nothing... so now going to the police station lay a case of theft... and don't know whats messed up on their side but I'm not having Nearly R5k ****** from me... oh and its very difficult to even lay this type of complaint... also a big company like this doesn't use phone?... no problem cause of "covid" you unable to provide an online chat facility please you ******* nothing else
