Takealot *****s Christmas from my kids

I ordered a trampoline which was delivered and when I inspected the contents of the box there were parts missing. I logged a ref for returns on Sunday 17/12/17. I made a follow up on Monday they promised to collect on Tuesday, made another follow up on Tuesday they said they will collect on Wednesday. Today its Wednesday and the parcel has not been collected. This is my children's Christmas gift and this possibly mean that my kids will have no gift from Christmas
