Takealot *****ing returned products and money...

I bought a desk bookshelf unit from takealot order number #***2. The product was defective on first delivery, it took Takealot 4 attempts until they finally send a vehicle big enough to pick up the defective product. Now they don't want to refund me for a product that has a warranty and a guarantee which a Takealot driver picked-up the product for return. I have not received my money or a voucher or even the product back. My attempts to contact them have only left me with several ticket numbers and unanswered emails.
