Takealot *****ing returned items

If I could give this 0 stars I would.

We recently did a return for takealot and happened to give the wrong product (mind you, of significantly more value than the original item to be returned). Logically you would think such a large online retailer would have processes in place to handle these situations.

Our return was since "concluded, with a refund, but takealot has never actually collected the original return item and is still holding onto the item that was incorrectly given to them.

If anyone from takealot would like to assist I can give you the return reference number, but I doubt you will help, given the websites atrocious service.
