Takealot *****ing my money and giving incorrect products

I purchased a tap about a month ago The tap delivered was incorrect. I then sent it back ,only for them to send the same incorrect tap again . I have emailed many people , to only get no reply,or people who don't know what to do. This is absolutely disgusting!
