Takealot *****ing my Money!

Long story short, I ordered a few items, and received them all, one of my Items a watch was defective, and I followed the procedure to return this item for a replacement. This is where everything went wrong, the return was done on the 12th of November, return ref: RRN-f972-ec21.. After a couple of days of no response, i logged into takealot, and saw that my return was concluded. After numerous e-mails back and forth, the only update I get is that this has been completed. I received a Mail from Enrico, Phoned him and asked for his manager. They eventually told me that they did receive my WHITE TABLE!!! I have nothing to do with a White table!!!, They explained that the courier had a mix up and this would be resolved soon. its now the 3rd of December, No updates, (After I mailed Enrico on the 2nd Dec early morning). I now feel that I have been ****** of my money, and no one is taking ownership of this mess. I will be taking this further!
