Takealot *****ing My Money

Worst customer service & refund service ever. Bought a product that was faulty, returned it & have not received my refund yet, its been a month already. You send them emails using their online process, no one responds. I see here on Hellopeter Takealot don't respond to any customers complaints so I will not get a reply to this complaint which is a total waist of my time, but hope customers see this and & be aware that once u send something back for a refund, say goodbye to your money u not getting it back!
