Takealot *****ing money

There's something seriously wrong with Takealot. In my previous review I reported that they refundede for one gas heater instead of two. A. They only responded to my issue following my hello peter review, after I had tried to reach them several times. B. They refunded me R77 for the heater they hadn't refunded me-the heater is R1399. I don't know who they have working on this issue because that person really doesn't know what they are supposed to do. I want my money!!!
