Takealot *****ing money!!

So i ordered a Ps4 but received an Xbox. I waited 2 weeks for them to collect this return and send me back the item i paid for. Its exactly a month now and today they sent me an email saying the xbox was not in the original packaging now they sending it back. Now i am about to lose R6000 for someone else's mistake. I did not even open this item. Every time you phone you speak to a different consultant. You not allowed to speak to the warehouse team or managers.They have been dragging it and now according to their policy after 30 days they cant give your money back. All i want now is my money back and takealot is making up reasons not to give it.
