Takealot ***** Money

On Black Friday made a purchase online, processed payment and received sms for confirmation of transaction from my bank. As I was unable to see the payment on my takealot profile I contacted their contact centre where an agent (male) told me they are having issues and the payment will reflect later. on Monday my order was cancelled - calling the contact centre again different agents told me different stories on why the order was cancelled; - supplier withdrew stock - I never made payment my request was simple at this time; I want my money back today on the 5th of December trying to speak to a senior member of staff when calling the contact centre; even this proofs to be an issue. apparently, they are in a meeting. I can not trust any communication from them and believe that I will never see my money ever again. UNACCEPTABLE!
