TakeAlot staff ***** items youve already paid for!!!

On the 11th of Feb 2023, i placed an order with TakeAlot, to the value of R6,918.00

All the items were delivered to my house in the afternoon of the 21st Feb 2023.

Seeing as i urgently need the hosepipe, i immediately tested it, to see if its ok, seeing as these types of hosepipes always have problems when ordering from TakeAlot.

The nozzle wasnt working right at all and had numerous problems with it and the pipe was leaking at the end where it connects with the nozzle.

I immediatrly decided to take it to the TakeAlot branch in Mosselbay and ask for a replacement.

Once i got there i explained everything to the coloured young man working there. He then also told me that they have many returns on this type of hosepipe.

I had another question not related to my order and he called a female from the back, to assist me further.

She also then told me that these types of hosepipes are returned to the Mosselbay branch, on a daily basis.

Now take note... Both of these people knew i am dropping off a hosepipe for replacement and needed the item urgently.

Yet none of them actually logged the item as returned to the branch and i have been struggling since the 21st Feb 2023, to get my replacent hosepipe, that i have already paid for, on the 11th Feb 2023.

I am suspecting the only reason why TakeAlot hasnt replaced my item is, not only did that man NOT report/log my returned item, he actually STOLE it!

I will now open a case of theft not only against that man, but against TakeAlot as a whole seeeing as he is under their employ and must have CCTV cameras in the building, that TakeAlot is refusing to check!

I have sent numerous emails and have spoken to so many different people, but nothing is happening. Its like talking to a wall.

TakeAlot staff ***** items and then the consumers have to try and fight to prove what actually happened.

TakeAlot allows this, because their managemenr sit comfortably at home doing absolutely nothing.

I cannot believe i trusted TakeAlot with so much money!
