TakeAlot staff cannot be trusted !!!

I buy from TakeAlot almost every week, to the amount of a couple of thousands of rands, each time.

I have been getting duped money wise, on the last 4 orders with TakeAlot.

I was supposed to get R150 (MegaMaster Two Pack Lightets) back on a return and TakeAlot only gave me R50.

I have been sending so many emails to so many different people at TakeAlot and NO one seems to care.

Well its either that, or TakeAlot has found an easy way to ***** my money.

4 days ago i sent back 2 items to be refunded, because they are not what i ordered. Today i wanted to check when my refund will be in and saw that for the one item, they said i already used the credit today and the other item (Steel Colander - R185) is not maked as returned or credited. Its just blank.

I did purchase items yesterday (R589 - Silver Steel Wok) and again today, to the amount of R4,000.

I used a previous credit of R44 and NOT any credit if R119 (Non-Stick Grease Paper), as claimed by TakeAlot website.

Lucky for me, since TakeAlot has allot of ******* staff, i take screenshots of EVERYTHING i do on the TakeAlot's website.

I have full PROOF of all I've stated here.
