I returned a vacuum mop which is eligible for return,I was first notified that there are missing parts,after responding 3 times that the parts are attached to the machine I got an email saying that there is no longer stock and my account will be credited. I don't want my account credited ,I got this on promotion. I am disabled I cannot sweep or vacuum manually. When checking on my order I saw that it is very well in stock. The person working with this return is highly *********** and could not even access the machine properly. Absolutely zero knowledge clearly as they didn't even know that the parts were attached and you only get one of each with purchase. I have made a screen recording of the exact item very much in stock that I was told was out of stock. This is disgusting service . I want my machine replaced.
