Takealot spoiling kids Christmas

I ordered gifts for my kids for delivery on Wednesday 18/12. I choose my work address as delivery address as they could deliver there by Friday 20/12. I got a sms Friday morning that my package was out for delivery. Later in the morning I got a call from the delivery guy to inform me that the package got handed to him incorrectly because he doesn't work in my area. So my delivery will be delayed. I explained that I am going on leave and won't be at that address. He just didn't care and said someone will call me. Few hours went by nobody called. I called then they also had a don't care attitude. I asked if I can change the delivery address, they said no. I got another sms Saturday 21/12 that my package is out for delivery. I called work yesterday to hear if my package arrived, nothing. I checked my status on Takealot website and saw that it went back to the courier facility once again. No explanation. I emailed them and just got an automated message. My kids will be without presents tomorrow on Christmas. Thanks a lot for nothing Takealot!!!!
