Takealot Special - Pay for 4 and get 3!!!!

I ordered 4 of the same item from Takealot and my order was delivered with only 3 items in the box. I paid for 4 but received only 3. What a nightmare to get this issue resolved. Trying to get help for this specific problem on their online help portal is impossible. Tried contacting them through email and all I get are the same questions repeatedly asked and no action being taken. No one has taken the time to contact me to try and resolve this issue in a manner that puts my mind at ease. This is really frustrating, I can not wait for an online shopping competitor to give them a run for their money so they can actually give attention to offering a better service to customers
