Takealot Soweto branch worst service ever🤬

Service delivery at takealot has been a nightmare lately. I used to recommend takealot a lot before but what a useless experience I have been receiving lately from the Soweto branch. I made an order on the 9th April, all the items I ordered where available either is JHB or Cape Town, order was supposed to have been delivered today before 15:00 ( as per the arrangement I had with the driver) because I will be going to work. 15:30 order has been delivered and no communication has been done, tried to reach their office *** number is not reachable. Called *** and spoke to a lady Nosivuyo who is like a robot that has been trained on what to say. I explained the situation and she is busy telling me about the delivery to be done before 17:00 like I didn't know what the sms said. Yes I received the sms with the ETA but I spoke to the driver and make those arrangements for delivery to be done before 5:00pm.

Firstly I waited for so long to receive my order, at last the order has been sent out for delivery but the driver decided to do his other important job ( maybe that pays better than takealot) than to honor the arrangement we had.

To think that I always speak highly about takealot and recommend it at work. Am so disappointed.
