TAKEALOT SOUTH AFRICA are EVIL LYING ****MY BA***RDS

<p>I get the feeling that Takealot has done this to a lot of people this festive season. They advertised many products at sale prices. These items said in stock and as such we ordered and paid for the item. We were told that the stock would arrive in January or February. Now we must here all of a sudden (after being reassured numerous times that the item is on it's way) that the supplier does not have stock and they have refunded the purchase and that's it. Takealot has no customer focus and does whatever the hell it wants. How can this be it. What recourse do we have. What does the CPA say about this. We did not order items that said supplier out of stock. Takealot does not feel to perhaps give us a give voucher in addition to the refund or a discount on the next purchase or a rain check on the item when it is in stock. They straight away refund it to the Takealot account, they don't even have the decency to first ask where to refund the money to. I mean whats stops Takelot from doing this on purpose. Taking purchases without actual stock being present, only to refund it later. I mean how much interest must our monies be collecting in Takealot's bank account while they are supposedly waiting for our items to arrive that then don't arrive. This is an age old trick.
