Takealot - Sour/Rotten/Molded dog food

In February I bought 3 bags of "Monty & me Essentials" from takealot. After opening the 1st bag there was a definite rotten/sour smell to the food, I then opened the 2nd bag and got the exact same smell. I thought its probably how the food smelled. After my dogs finished the first 2 bags (which they did not enjoy, at all) I openend the 3rd bag and guess what, absolutely no smell at all. So basically i have fed my dogs 16kg of rotten dog food.

So middle march I decide to buy the "Monty & Me Puppy" as its a better quality food. When I received the bag I obviously opened it, there was no smell at all. One night (yes I feed them at night) I noticed something looking strange in their bowls. Upon closer inspection it was molded pellets, when I checked in the bag I noticed quite a few pellets were molded. (The bag is in a trash bin, in a washing room, so no chance of getting wet) My dog died last month, The vet could not tell me what the cause was but I have a pretty good idea. This is disgusting and not acceptable TakeAlot. Where is your quality control?
