Takealot sold used and damaged Bluetooth earbuds as new!!

I am so disgusted with Takealot, after having been a happy customer of takealot for such a long time... what they did this time is truly disappointing and disgusting. I bought a set of bluetooth earbuds, only to find that they are not new at all, the box was worn out and not sealed. When removing the gels to investigate i found dirt inside, Someone else's ear dirt!!!. One of the buds has a damaged ring. This is just beyond disgusting!!!
