Takealot sold me a phone that has been blacklisted

I recently purchased the Samson S23 Ultra from Takealot for R24 400. I was contacted by Vodacom and informed that the IMEI number on the phone was being black listed because it was a Vodacom phone and a contract was *****ulently taken out on the phone, meaning that the phone was ******. I have since sent the phone back to Takealot who now refuse to accept the ****** phone that they sold me because the back has a crack. I'm still waiting for their return and warranty policy over a customer returning an item that has been black listed because it's been ******.
