Takealot solar light

I purchased a solar light from take a lot however we were away and haven’t had time to open it on the three day with the decide to open it. They send us a light which the panel and the light itself the plugs don’t match it. It’s missing a bracket it’s missing a remote. It looks like the panel has been used and after that requested a return or an exchange actually from take a lot The Point blank Ref refuse and was sending me the used and and manageable light right now because I can’t even attach it to the wall they’re not willing to help and they don’t really care about the consumer act
