Takealot sneaky business procedures.

I ordered a volkano dual fitting car phone holder for 199...but they sent me one with a volkano item sticker on it but no name brand one and not dual fitting...i followed their return procedure and requested the same product i ordered as they still sell it but at 279....but instead of replacing my item they will give me credit i presume cause this item is no longer on sale ..but i feel they are being dishonest . I already waited 7 days for the item..now they will only give what i paid back and not the item they sold to me at their prescribed price of 199. Very disappointed. Just thought to let customers know of their SNEAKY business procedures.
