Takealot sneaky attempt to replace an out of stock product with something else without my knowledge

I ordered a specific facial product. Takealot sent a different brand (way cheaper) and also different product (cleanser when I had ordered serum). The stickers they had on the product were for the serum I ordered but they blatantly stuck on the wrong product. When I enquired I was told the product I ordered is actually out of stock, yet even after all this this still continued to advertise it on their website... I requested my refund... They then refund it to my takealot account and I asked for refund into my account. They also did not refund my delivery cost. So I had to pay for their "mistake".. I'm so disappointed and this is the end of the journey for me with Takealot..
