Takealot skamming me

I made an order via takealot app on the 29nov 2020 and paid it same day the said they will deliver on the 1st of Dec 2020 but nothing until today its the 2nd Dec 2020 now. When I called the said my parcel is lost so what must I do now I need my parcel asap and I already paid then now they are not giving a way forward
