Takealot simply doesn't care

There's no other way to express hell Takealot have put me through after waiting a month for my order it came with items missing, had to hunt them down as usual for answers and they told to wait for their feedback its been 2 days now. I have another order that should have been delivered yesterday God knows when will they decide to deliver that so at this point all hope is lost they dont care much we complain they will only respond after 5 to 6 days thats if they do decide to answer you
