Takealot sh*talot

Takealot horrible horrible horrible. I order books in October. The parcel should have been delivered on 27 November, but I am still waiting. I keep on getting sms's that says the recipient was not available, however I am always at the address and have even asked colleagues to receive the parcel when I leave work. I have not received ONE phone call from a driver telling me that he/she can not find me.
