Takealot shows no regard towards their customers after delivering wrong items!

I recently purchased a cellphone from Takealot, thinking they are reputable and with all the scary things you hear about online purchases opted to buy from them which was the biggest mistake ever. My order was placed and paid for and delivery was scheduled for 2 June. On 2 June, I received 5 boxes, 4 containing other items that I ordered. But the phone was not in my order, it was a cheap perfume box. I immediately logged a return, took pictures of the box and the perfume and sealed it with sellotape for the box to be collected. The box was collected on 4 June and on 6 June, received by the evaluation facility. I recieved an email questioning the whereabouts of the perfume I returned. To which I responded and indicated the above...

My only fault was not taking a picture of the sealed box before I returned it...

I thereafter received email communication indicating that my order was declined due to the wrong item being returned, a picture of a powerbank was attached to the email and this was what takealot claimed I returned, please note there was no powerbank in my order at all... After calling and getting the matter escalated, awaited feedback only to recieve nothing, I called again last week and was assisted by another agent who approached the team leader for assistance... After being told nothing had happened and suggested that they log another return on the powerbank, and get the process running again... I recieved an email today indicating that they recieved footage from the warehouse, and it was indeed the phone sent to me and a powerbank returned by me... There was no perfume noted in the return... And they regard the matter as resolved. Yet I have spent money on a phone that I have not received. I have asked for an imei number to be tracked from the beginning, as this will show the phone is not in my possession and was never delivered to me... and nothing has been done... They have dishonest people running a syndicate as *****ing items which are being swopped for cheap items to hold weight in the boxes! And they regard their customers as ****s! Yet they do not deliver items in the first place!
