Takealot shows eBay how to do online , well done Takealot

Finally a rose amongst the thorns. Bought a Konwwei diagnostic machine through takealot, it didn't do what it said it could do , so returned it . It should be noted that from placing the order to its deliver was probably a whole lot quicker than going to the store and buying it and a whole lot cheaper . They were immediately responsive to the return and were so quick I had to request a delay for their collection. They collected it and posted a refund immediately. Now compare that to my recent eBay experience, I purchased 4 items from eBay on the 15th February and never received the goods , then they promised a refund , 4 weeks and no refund . 5 stars to takealot!!! .
