Takealot should have better Customer Support for Sellers

I am a Seller on Takealot.com and I have come here to write a review, because I cannot seem to get hold of anyone at Takelot.com. The only number I have is to a Customer Service number, where no one can actually help me. My query I'm told was escalated, days ago, but I still haven't had any feedback from Takealot. Customer Services cannot give me a contact number of anyone to call wrt my query, the best I got was an email address that bounced back, as it no longer works. Takealot, makes a lot of money from their Sellers and should realize that their Sellers are not only business partners but Customers to. At this point I am very frustrated as I cannot sell, due to a fault on Takealot end. I cannot reach anyone within Takealot to fix this, as I only have 1 contact point that is clearly useless.
