TakeAlot should close its doors because they are useless

Your driver is rude and should be fired. I paid R70 to have order #*** delivered before 17h00 on Friday, 17h00. Your driver with cell number *** phoned me at exactly 16h00 to "find out the address", when the delivery address was very well described when I placed the order. While we were taking, he hung up on me. I then made 8 more calls until 17h00 to try and get hold of him - he switched off his phone. I sent 6 WhatsApp messages between 16h23 and 16h25 with a PIN for the location, as well as detailed address instructions - none of the messages went through because he switched off his phone. This man was clearly too lazy to make a delivery at 17h00 on a Friday and rather decided to start his weekend early. I have screenshots to prove all of the above. Your service delivery is shockingly bad. You should not offer to make expedited deliveries, if your driver is too lazy / unprofessional / ***********, to perform. I want my R70 back. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied. I hope your company goes out of business - which I think is only a matter of time, if you carry on like this.
