Takealot should be cancelled!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service and even worse quality control! I ordered a sleeping couch and only received half of it. After a huge hassle and long wait I received the new order (after returning the first one) and once again I only received half of the order. Do they not have anyone checking the orders before they are dispatched?!?! Customer service was absolutely useless. They ignored me for days on end after telling me they would call me right back. Eventually I decided to send it back and request a refund. Now there was a fault on their side with a credit made and they refuse to refund me. Once again, horrible customer service regarding this situation. This has been going on for TWO MONTHS already! Takealot should be cancelled!
