They should be called Takealot of ****. I bought a item which was not as described and have been trying to return it for the past couple of days. They expect you to sit at home waiting for the driver who keeps on telling them that they have been to my place and no one was home. That is a lie and when you contact them the attitude is disgusting and disrespectful how they can employ people like hanro with that attitude is beyond believe. But then bad service has become the new normal. I am so disgusted by the way he treated me as if I am a child. I am done with them they collect whenever they feel like it but they must not expect me to waste another minute waiting for a driver.
