"Takealot, shop anything you can imagine" Seriously!? Focus on delivering the correct items first ,then we can imagine!

Awful customer service from takealot.com, they ALWAYS deliver the wrong thing and returns take forever to be processed. Calling and emailing them is a waste of time and effort when they don't respond or simply cannot assist! Asking to speak to someone in management is also impossible with them because apparently they don't have those! I'm not sure what goes on in their warehouse but this isn't the first time the wrong item was delivered to me.
