Takealot SHODDY services.

I joined Takealot only 3 mths ago.I can't count the amount of problems I encountered.Their 5 to 7 working days policy is non existent.It's more like 5 × 7 working days.I placed an order on the 19th Nov 2021 while in stock as a set.By the time Takealot delivered in 1st week in Dec,1 of the items was cancelled by Takealot due to no stock.I placed another order on the 25th Nov by the 6th of Dec my unchanged address could not be located&was then ignored by the consultant handling the matter.On the 8th of Dec I cancelled&demanded a full refund. 1 one occasion I was sent the wrong order by Takealot&by the time Takealot resolved this I had to cancel cause it was not in time 2 be gifted.I still have 2 orders left with Takealot.Pray for me🙏I know there's some drama coming.
