Takealot shoddy service

I returned an air fryer on 27 Feb. No updates on progress were given until 18 March when the status was updated to both "cancelled" and "concluded". Yet I have had no feedback from Takealot and do not have my air fryer. All my emails to them have been ignored and my phone calls to them just result in another assurance that they will try to find out what has happened. What can I do?
