Takealot shocking service, they just don’t care!

Always received great service from Takealot. So when our washing machine packed up we ordered one from them, when it arrived it was not in a box, missing a foot and when we took off the bubble wrap we noticed that it was so damaged that the door would not close and it could not be used. No feedback, as to why this happened in the first place. We don’t live in the city so it is not easy to just go out and replace it. No washing machine and no refund to go and replace it myself! The service from Takealot is shocking.
