TAKEALOT SHOCKING SERVICE

I am not going to be using this company again in a hurry. Substandard products and when you return them they send a van with one guy in to collect a sofa. It happened again today now after taking off work so they could collect it is being rescheduled as he does not have room on van. Last time I as a pensioner had to help the driver load the sofa. shocking service. I also ordered a coffee machine. Arrived with a broken cup sent it back and asked to replace it. Guess what....... the second one arrived with..... a broken cup. I have now ask for a refund on sofa and coffee machine. Never again....... THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM TAKEALOT.....
