Takealot - Shocking delivery courier

The courier service of Takealot is beyond terrible. You get an sms that delivery will be anytime between 8 and 5. I phoned numerous times since 10.30 today requesting my parcel be delivered before 3 today, as our office close at 3. It is now 3, and no sign of courier. How can a courier not make time with customer.
