TAKEALOT SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Placed an Order for an Aircooler of the 9th of December 2024. This was a Christmas gift, delivery was the 24th of December 2024. On collection I was provide an ICE Pack nothing more. I was advise to log a Return and I would get a refund. I logged a complaint. No Manager called back. No customer service and no compensation for putting me in the position. I was patient. No Human , Manager or anyone at takealot will contact you . so much for service. Terrible Shocking. Refund for the item is just giving me my own money back. Nothing about service delivery. SHOCKING
