Takealot shame on you.

I bought a Karcher vacuum cleaner from Takealot. It was delivered damaged, I logged a return the same day, and requested a replacement to be delivered. The item was supp**** to Takealot by Audio City. I received an email saying they can no longer send me a machine as it is out of stock, they can either fix the broken machine or credit my account. I checked online stock available, same stockist but more expensive, I refused, sending proof of their lies, they merely credited my account and closed the matter.
