Takealot shambles

I purchased a 3m trampoline and when i opened the box I saw that the box containing the springs had already been opened but continued to assembled it. I then realised one of the springs were missing. I asked takealot to just send me a replacement spring which they refused to do, I keep asking them to call me but they dont and keep sending couriers to collect the ENTIRE trampoline. Do they expect me to assemble - dismantle then reassemble for a missing spring??????
