Takealot services worst ever

On The 9/6/2023 I place an order and order was scheduled for the 17/6/2023 and then change it as this iis something I need urgently where there systems inform me that delivery will be the 10/6/2023. On the 10/6/2023 I checked the tracking of order to find out that t was change again to the 17/6/2023. I contact the helpdesk and they told me that 1 item have ti come from Cpt washing powder really , I removed this and was told that Monday I will be sorted. Monday I track it again to see that this was still not shipped and contact them again. They then reply with email that items are picked and pack and will be moved to branch for delivery . No delivery happen Monday . I follow up again on Tuesday morning and Received another email where I was told this will not change and that it will only come on the 17/6/2023 I rep**** back where another person inform me that this is get packed and ship to the branch It is now Thursday still no delivery and feedback that only one item is at the branch the other one not , this is the worst service I ever received from Takealot . Tomorrow is public holiday and according to them they are working but now I need to chance all my plans because just may be the will come tomorrow - Nobody can give e any answers.
