Takealot services suck

My recent experience with takealot was the worst. I was supposed to get a poster I ordered 2 weeks ago, delivered yesterday. But it didn't come, because they lost it during transit, what bullsh@#$t is that? I've repeatedly sent them emails on the matter, to either credit my account with the amount paid or replace the item. All I got back was a lame ass apology 😒 I still haven't received the credit nor the item. This is really just unprofessional and unacceptable 😤
