Takealot services is Revolting

I bought a massage bed on Takealot.com on the 16th of February it was delivered on the 17th of February. Unfortunately i did not like the colour of the massage bed i then requested that they come pick it up and exchange the colour for me and the did that. Sadly they have been ignoring me since there is no communication from them i have sent out numerous emails asking them to atleast tell me what is the way forward anf if they can atleast deliver the bed back to my place.

I have tried reaching out on facebook not no avail my emails are being ignored aswell Please assist.

My business is at a standstill because of them 😡😭
