TAKEALOT services is getting worse by the order

I’m extremely disappointed. My last 2 orders were mishandled—first, I ordered a router and received a hairdryer (took 2+ weeks to fix). Now, my air fryer order was cancelled after a week due to no stock. I want my refund paid back to my bank account, not as credit. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be shopping with Takealot again.
