Takealot services

I ordered a Polar box 20 litre in Orange color but instead I got nude one. The price difference per color.I sent it back sealed as per their return policy when they delivered the wrong items. Only to be told that the item is no longer available from the seller at the same price so I should request a refund or be credited my money into my takealot account. This is so unprofessional and poor customer service. To start with, the mistake is theirs, instead of them sending the right color I’m told it’s no longer available at the same price. This is madness! I would understand if it was out of stock.
