I have ordered an item online on the 14th of September. I did not even receive an email to confirm. I went onto my account and item was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of September according to my delivery date. Yesterday morning, 19 September I checked on the progress of my order and then it said delivery would be done on the 30th of September. I sent an email to enquire, and they simply just rep**** that they were out of stock. When I placed the order there was no "out of Stock" on the item. This morning I received an email to let me know my order is cancelled. This is totally unacceptable
